A unique pilot project on creation of an information platform for amalgamated hromadas was launched in the Mykolayiv region, which will help hromadas in resolving urgent communication issues. This is another successful example of implementation of the decentralisation reform on the way to building capable hromadas and a modern European Ukrainian state, which can serve as an example for other Ukrainian oblasts to follow, said Oleksiy Savchenko, head of the Mykolayiv Oblast State Administration, during the presentation of the oblast media project “Hromada News”.
