From 23 April to 26 June 2018, the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the editorial office of the magazine “Adviser in the field of public procurement”, with the assistance of the Local Government Development Centres, carry out training in Ukrainian cities for AH specialists, who make purchases (purchase of goods, works and services) in accordance with the procedure, established by the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”. Trainings are held by the experts of the magazine “Adviser in the field of public procurement” and have already taken place in the Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Poltava, Vinnytsia and other oblasts. In each oblast, the training event gathers a large number of representatives of local AHs and receives high rankings of the audience.
