The First All-Ukrainian Congress of Starostas of Amalgamated Hromadas, organised by the Dnipropetrovsk Local Government Development Centre, was held in Dnipro. More than 200 delegates from different regions of Ukraine, heads of international programmes and decentralisation reform experts took part in the event:
