Experience of Sumy Oblast hromadas was taken by Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Mykolayiv Oblasts

The aim of the study visit to the Sumy Oblast was to exchange experience and to get acquainted with the best practices of the development of AH infrastructure. More than 30 leaders of amalgamated and non-amalgamated territories, together with experts and directors of two Local Government Development Centres, visited the Boromlyanska, Krasnopilska and Trostyanetska AHs.
