DESPRO, a Swiss-Ukrainian project "Decentralisation Support in Ukraine", funded by the Swiss Confederation through Swiss Cooperation Office (SDC) and implemented by the Swiss Centre for Resource and Consultation on Development (Skat), is looking for a qualified short term consultant under conditions, mentioned below.
Position: Financial, economic and legal consultant
Direction: Advisory support within the framework of the direction "Development of the programme of regional budget crediting for the implementation of the Oblast Programme "Drinking Water" in the Vinnytsia Oblast".
Duration: up to 7 months (June-December 2018)
Location: Kyiv (40%), Vinnytsia Oblast (60%)
Workload: in total 50 working days
