Already 224 participants from all oblasts of Ukraine registered in online forum for starostas

The online forum continues to attract attention of starostas and representatives of executive committees of amalgamated hromadas. Only during 2018 the number of registered participants increased to 224 (+97 people). These are representatives of amalgamated hromadas from all 24 oblasts of Ukraine.

ANALYTICS section, regularly filled with professional summaries, explanations and advice on the basis of analysis of issues discussed in the forum, is gaining popularity.

"The level of urgency of the issues discussed by starostas continues to grow. As for the number of forum participants, it should increase. I recommend those not yet registered in the forum to do it and gain access to the intellectual resource, which is enriched with the participation of starostas themselves. I am asking registered participants to be more active in raising issues for discussion. After all, we created the forum for everyone to have the opportunity to chat with their colleagues, learn something new and share their experience. It is worth remembering that everything starts with the first step. The main thing is to make this step, while time and mind will advise on the next steps," said Oleksandr Vrublevskyi, moderator of the forum, DESPRO project expert adviser on the activities of starostas and hromadas’ cooperation.

Please note that after reading the materials in the ANALYTICS section you can ask additional questions in the online forum.

As it is known, in general, 650 starostas have already been elected in AHs, another 2459 persons are acting starostas.

You can register in the forum HERE.

Online forum for starostas, acting starostas and representatives of executive committees of AHs is developed at the initiative of the Swiss-Ukrainian project " Decentralisation Support in Ukraine" (DESPRO).
