The experience and wisdom of the older generations is important, but these are young people who are the driving force behind many processes in the amalgamated hromadas. With decentralisation on the move, many of the young people realised that there is no need to seek for recognition and support abroad. It is worthwhile to make an effort to obtain some necessary knowledge - and one can be useful on the native land. The team of the Dnipro Local Government Development Centre of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme helps with knowledge sharing, preparation of projects, and organises seminars, trainings and study visits for young leaders.
