On 11 April, a folklore and ethnographic festival "Precious Easter Egg" took place at Pridniprovske school of the Chervonohryhorivska AH, located in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. This is the first large-scale cultural event of the hromada within the framework of Decentralisation festivals initiated by the Dnipropetrovsk Local Government Development Centre.

Serhiy Lalov, deputy head of the Chervonohryhorivska AH, says that the hromada was established in October 2017. It consists of six settlements, the AH budget is about UAH 70 million.

Olha Kyryeieva, decentralisation expert of the Dnipropetrovsk LGDC, noted at the opening of the festival that regional decentralisation festivals have been held on a monthly basis since the beginning of 2018.

The visitors were able to visit the fair of decorative art, including handmade accessories. After the jury evaluated the work of the festival participants, the awarding ceremony took place.

The visit to the festival took place within the framework of a press tour organised by the Dnipropetrovsk Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
