An expanded governmental meeting on decentralisation and regional development was held in Vinnytsia on 5 April 2018 on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of decentralisation with the participation of President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, other high-level officials, as well as representatives of local self-government, international community and experts.
