Fully fledged hosts. Now the StateGeoCadastre does not have the right to dispose of the land located outside settlements. The relevant resolution was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers in February. Amalgamated hromadas will finally become land owners. They will decide to whom and what land plot to allocate or to lease. The Tarakanivska and Pryvilnenska AHs have become the first hromadas to receive the right to dispose of vacant land in the Rivne Oblast. Watch who's next in the video:
