The practical manual "Transfer of agricultural land of state ownership outside settlements to the ownership of amalgamated hromadas", developed by the Analytical Centre of the Association of Ukrainian Cities within the framework of the USAID PULSE project, is now publicly available.

The manual features the algorithm of land transfer, peculiarities of individual stages, as well as samples of documents.

It is worth mentioning that on 31 January 2018, the Government adopted a resolution presupposing the StateGeoCadastre to transfer agricultural land outside settlements to the communal ownership of amalgamated hromadas by the end of 2018.

The first seven AHs received the land on 27 February, and six more AHs – on 22 March.
