Own revenues per capita of amalgamated hromadas of the Vinnytsya Oblast are increasing. At least this trend was observed in 2017. This is evidenced by the assessment of financial capacity of 21 AHs of the region, prepared by the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International project).
Thus, the indicator of own revenues of amalgamated hromadas of the oblast increased by UAH 1489.0 and amounted to UAH 3502.3 (including: over 19 AHs, established in 2016, this figure increased by 3.4 times and amounted to UAH 3404.0, and over 2 AHs, formed in 2015 – by 37.7% and amounted to UAH 4097.1).
However, according to experts, the assessment of the financial capacity of AHs is carried out in order for hromadas to see which direction they need to work in to increase their capability
Last week decentralisation.gov.ua shared the Assessment of the financial capacity of 366 AHs in 2017.
Details of assessment of financial capacity of 21 AHs in the Vinnytsia Oblast are available HERE
