Chernihiv Oblast plans to become leader in creating and implementing hromadas’ development projects
Within two days, 27-28 February, the Chernihiv Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, together with the Department of Economic Development of the Chernihiv Oblast State Administration, conducted a training on “Creation and Implementation of Development Projects”. The representatives of departments and directorates of the Chernihiv OSA took part in this training.
