Solving of the waste removal and disposal problems is one of the current priority tasks of the amalgamated hromadas of the Zhytomyr Oblast. If prior to the reform these issues were handled only at the level of state authorities and cities of oblast importance, nowadays AHs are looking for the opportunity to solve the problems of fly dumping and organise a separate collection of solid household waste. What prospects does waste recycling provide, how to manage it and who is already profiting off garbage?
