Welfare of hromada depends on social welfare

Social calmness in the hromada is one of the most important tasks of the reforms aimed at improving the living standard of people. Capable amalgamated hromadas should assume responsibility and take over all management functions, including solving social welfare issues.

The representatives of AHs studied how to organise hromada activities and intermunicipal cooperation in the field of social protection, during the training in Kramatorsk. The event was organised by the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Donetsk Oblast State Administration together with the Donetsk Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
