Rural outpatient clinics were connected to the Internet, and each patient received an e-card.
The Ministry of Health of Ukraine reports about UAH 5 billion, allocated from the budget for new healthcare outpatient clinics. So far, these have been only in the Hadyach Rayon, informs the TSN.
