Last week, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution that will launch the transfer of agricultural land outside settlements to the ownership of amalgamated hromadas.

The process of transferring of about 760 thousand hectares from the StateGeoCadastre, controlling state lands on behalf of the state, has officially started on 1 February. In this regard, the representatives of various professional and political groups, participants of agricultural sector and land relations have many questions we are trying to settle as quickly as possible. The main ones are mentioned below.
