The Swiss-Ukrainian Project "Decentralisation Support in Ukraine" (DESPRO) holds a tender for organisation and conducting of a working visit to the Republic of Poland to study Polish experience in implementation of the reform of local self-government and power decentralisation for the representatives of amalgamated hromadas from different oblasts of Ukraine – graduates of the DESPRO School of Local Self-Government.

Applications must be prepared in Ukrainian in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Annex 1) and Application Form (Annex 2), and sent by 15 March 2018, 23.59 Kyiv time, to e-mail: despro@despro.org.ua.
