On 6 January 2018, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 20 December 2017 No. 1085 “On Approval of the Procedure for Financial Resources Allocation to the State Road Fund” came into force, which has resolved issues regarding the mechanism for the formation and use of the road fund financial resources.
