Peculiarities of transfer of rayon educational institutions into AH ownership explained by Head of State Labour Service

In the course of decentralisation, in particular in the process of hromadas’ amalgamation, the questions arise, which create a new practice.

The employees of the Ivanivska, Honcharivska and Mykhaylo-Kotsyubynska amalgamated hromadas of the Chernihiv rayon of the Chernihiv Oblast faced difficulties with the transfer of educational institutions of communal ownership of rayon councils to the ownership of amalgamated hromadas. They applied for advice to Roman Cherneha, Head of the State Labour Service, during an online meeting.
