Implementation of an efficient youth policy within the conditions of decentralisation is possible only in case executive authorities, local governments and youth representatives unite their efforts and coordinate their activity.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports together with the representatives of the state and public sectors, local self-government, experts, and youth leaders developed a model for implementing youth policy in the decentralised environment, approved at the meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine on 21 December 2017.
