Fedir Khlebovych and representatives of the local environment foundation “Nature Reserves of Brest Region”, SPA “Scientific and Practical Centre for Bioresources of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus” and Rivne Nature Reserve signed an Agreement on cooperation within the framework of the project “Creating conditions for joint management and sustainable use of natural resources of the wetland”.
This Agreement was concluded in accordance with the Cross Border Cooperation Programme Belarus-Ukraine, funded by the European Union and managed by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH (on behalf of the Federal Government of Germany).
The agreements provide for the amenities improvement of the Olmany-Perebrody crossing point through Ukraine-Belarus state border, as well as new opportunities for ensuring a high-quality and safe citizens’ crossing through this checkpoint.
