Презентовано модель фінансової децентралізації на 2017-2020 роки (+презентація)
На стратегічній сесії щодо секторальної децентралізації у сфері «місцеві бюджети» визначено матрицю реформи, операційні цілі та завдання на 2017 рік. Сесію ініційовано Мінрегіоном спільно з Мінфіном, Мінкультом, МОН, МОЗ, представниками Проектного офісу секторальної децентралізації та Проекту EDGE.
В рамках планування завдань сформовано пропозиції щодо впровадження фінансової, бюджетної децентралізації, із врахуванням особливостей реформи секторів освіти, культури, охорони здоров’я.
