Make work with personnel in your LSG more effective and establish cooperation with colleagues from other oblasts! The new Training program from U-LEAD will help you with this.

"Steps for specialists. Personnel issues in LSG under martial law"  – is eight weeks of online seminars and trainings created specifically for specialists who are responsible for HR work.

The program will help you find answers to, among other things, the following questions:

• What are the peculiarities of hiring LSG officials under martial law?
• How to ensure professional development and сareer growth of LSG officials?
• What forms of organization of labor relations can be used to preserve HR in LSG?
• How to provide vacations to employees?
• What nuances you need to know when solving the issue of disciplinary liability and dismissal of employees?
• And, of course, how to properly pay additional salary and other incentive payments and why should these components of salary stimulate LSG officials and other employees to effective  work and development?

The training program offers up-to-date knowledge about the specifics of the organization of labor relations under martial law and work out skills in several these areas, which will make HR work more effective.

In addition, this program will allow participants to establish contacts and build cooperation with colleagues from other oblasts of Ukraine.

How to join?

One representative from municipality can participate in the program. This should be a LSG official, namely the specialist who is responsible for HR work in the apparatus or executive bodies of the LSG.

To participate in the selection for "Steps for specialists. Personnel issues in LSG under martial law" fill out the attached application and send it to regops.u-lead@giz.de by 6:00 p.m. on March 17, 2023, specifying the "Personnel issues_Municipality name_Oblast" in the subject.
