On March, 24, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a set of amendments to the land legislation, with 337 people’s deputies having voted for it. The amendments are aimed at improving issues, related to simplifying agricultural land lot usage right acquiring under the martial law, reasonable usage of such land lots in 2022 for the purpose of farming food and ensuring the food safety of Ukraine.
An expert of the Reform Support Office at the MinRegion Ihor Onyshchuk has defined key changes, related to land legislation.
