«Decentralisation is a powerful movement of the whole country to success. The reform is complicated but we have to communicate its essence to people as within the changes great powers and considerable resources transfer to the local level. In this communication it is difficult to overestimate assistance of regional mass media, highlighting the reform challenges and achievements, informing about the progress in regions and municipalities», - said Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov during the awarding ceremony.
