Within the U-LEAD with Europe Programme nearly 600 ASCs have been established and updated in municipalities. These are both stationary and mobile offices. It was claimed by Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov during the eighth meeting of the Management Committee of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
