On November, 3, 2021, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved Resolution №1147 On Approving the Methodology of Normative Monetary Evaluation of Land Plots. The Law of Ukraine On Land Tenure now envisages the procedure of defining municipality boundaries but from 26.11.2021, according to amendments to Law of Ukraine №1423, there will emerge a new type of land management documentation – a land tenure draft on defining municipality boundaries, stipulated by article 461 of the Law of Ukraine On Land Tenure. However, the main idea and formula of the normative monetary evaluation has remained unchanged.
