What is a municipality aimed at in the health care sphere? Such an answer appears to be obvious: providing municipality residents with accessible and quality medical services. And it is rather logical mostly for health care establishments to be engaged in it. However, the article covers another but not less vital need of each of us, although we are often unaware of it – preserving our own health, covered by a separate branch of the medical science – Public health.
