November, 4: the Safe Municipality forum is to be held
Initiated by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Safe Municipality forum is being conducted under the auspice of the President of Ukraine and in partnership with the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities at the Parkovyi congress and exhibition centre (16-A, Parkova Road, Kyiv) at 9 A.M. on November, 4.
