Within decentralization the MinRegion makes serious efforts to enhance resourcing the local self-government bodies. Important propositions to be taken into consideration in draft laws On the State Budget 2022 (№ 6000) and amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine (№ 6062) were submitted by the Ministry to the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

According to Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Vyacheslav Nehoda, the Ministry suggests standardizing personal income tax payment at the separated division location.
