Fulfilling international support projects will facilitate successful decentralisation both nationally and locally. It was emphasized by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at the official opening of the HOVERLA project.
Kristina A. Kvien, Charge d’Affaires, and Gabriel Abraham, the project head, also participated in the event.
«We aim at creating comfortable living conditions for municipality residents, improving social and public service quality as well as social and public services accessibility. I am grateful to the USA Government for the profound support of the target achievement», — claimed Denys Shmyhal.
