ASC Expert Support Service, having worked within the U-LEAD with Europe Programme from April of 2020 until April of 2021, has provided 223 municipalities from 24 oblasts with individual consultative aid concerning the establishment/improvement of ASC work and arrangement of the efficient services access system.

Based on the work with municipalities outcomes, experts have developed a step by step algorithm of creating an ASC alongside with topical pattern documents – The Roadmap for ASC Establishment.
