Has the medical reform paid off? How has the health care system changed following the decentralisation? Are hromadas able to ensure hospitals functioning on their own? What should be done with rayon hospitals? How much do doctors earn now? How do hospitals compete? When will the reform be completed? All the above mentioned and other issues of the health care reform are covered in the Hromada project by the First Western (Pershyi Zakhidnyi).
