Services of Civil Status Registartion Departments have been returned to all hromadas
On May, 24 the President signed the Law on ensuring citizens’ right to access to the state civil status registration due to territorial hromadas consolidation (former bill 4382).
The law having been published, all hromadas of Ukraine have obtained equal powers to register births, marriages and deaths.
Viktor Tymoschuk, an expert of the Centre for Political and Legal Reforms, clarifies the details of the law.
