Farmers state support: how to obtain it and why is it vital for the hromada development – clarifications by an expert
Last month the Government updated the trends and procedure of obtaining and using the budget program funds, targeted to providing state financial support to farm businesses. The appropriate resolution was passed by the Cabinet of Ministers on April, 21 (Resolution №384 of April, 21, 2021).
Yanina Kazyuk, an expert of finances and regional and local development tools has clarified the decision details especially for the Decentralisation portal.
