Alfred Nobel University invites hromada leaders and management teams and Dnipropetrovsk oblast local council deputies to participate in the post-graduate programme «Local self-government management for hromada leaders and local councils deputies of Ukraine». The certified programme is realized within the USAID DOBRE Programme, fulfilled by the Global Communities in cooperation with Malopolska School of Public Administration at the Krakow University of Economics (MSAP/UEK, Poland), a partner of the USAID DOBRE Programme.
The Programme « Local self-government management for hromada leaders and local councils deputies of Ukraine» is aimed at improving the proficiency level of local self-government representatives. The training course is unique as it has been developed, with the experience of the countries having undergone decentralization and the best practices of Alfred Nobel University International Business School having been considered.
