The starosta and the hromada head: accountability, subordination and organizational independence
One of the starosta’s obligations being considered, a few more issues have been raised concerning work relationships with the starosta head, inducing Oleksandr Vrublevskyi, an expert in starosta activity and territorial hromadas cooperation, to do further research and a new article.
