The President of Ukraine has authorized heads of oblast state administrations to inform heads of rayon state administrations, whose employment is being terminated due to reorganization, about their subsequent dismissal.

It is envisaged by order №6/2021-rp On some Issues, Related to Rayon State Administrations Reorganisation that can be seen at the state Head’s site.

«Under part four of Article 118 of the Constitution of Ukraine, due to reorganization of rayon state administrations: in the statutory manner heads of oblast state administrations shall inform heads of terminating rayon state administrations on their subsequent dismissal by virtue of paragraph 6 of part two of Article 9 of Law of Ukraine On Local State Administrations», - the order stipulates.
