Hromada activity in the spheres of the population social protection and children safeguarding – recommendations by the Ministry of Social Policy

Since early 2021 approaches for territorial hromada residents to exercise their right to social protection have been changing due to decentralisation.

To ensure a unified methodological approach for territorial hromadas to exercise authorities in terms of the population social protection and children safeguarding, the Ministry of Social policy has developed Recommended Practice for Territorial Hromadas Activity Maintenance and Organisation in the Spheres of the Population Social Protection and Children Safeguarding, approved with order № 868by the Ministry of Social Policy as of 30.12.2020.
