2020 Decentralisation Journalists’ Reports competition: quantity is transformed into quality

The fifth All– Ukrainian Journalists’ Reports competition «Reforming Local Self–Government and Power Territorial Arrangement». It has already become traditional under the support of the Council of Europe. And the MinRegion, as a central state agency, taking care of the hromadas and regions development, has confirmed the priority of promoting and awarding the national journalist community for the thematic quality content.

Thanks to such a synergy, for five years in a row the Ukrainian society has been efficiently obtaining comprehensive detailed information about decentralization advantages and disadvantages, successful practices and management decisions, available problems and their solution methods, abilities to compromise, efficiently correct certain strategic and tactical mistakes.
