The regular local elections are being completed, at the same time a new educational campaign has started in Ukraine. Adults are now able to study at the virtual all-Ukrainian local democracy school.

The studies are aimed at making the territorial power arrangement reform accomplishments irreversible, i.e. quickly after the local elections to arrange efficient functioning of the executive power local structures and local self-government bodies within the new administrative and territorial arrangement and to create conditions, ensuring stability of the legal and other relations locally.

The Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine and its Office of the Power Decentralisation Support, particularly, the legal group, have worked a lot and created under the auspices of the Council of Europe and publicized fundamental guidance materials to assist immediate participants of the process at the first stages of activity, to advise how act legally.
