The Ukrainian Women Foundation in partnership with the National Democratic Institute invites female deputies, hromada heads and leaders to take part in the Women Leadership Academy.
If you are eager to influence the hromada life, make decisions as an elected deputy or the hromada head or want to be involved in decision making but feel a lack of practical knowledge, welcome to study at the Women Leadership Academy. Within six days of intense work you will learn local self-government principles, effective decision making, deputy activity tools and advocating women rights via deputy groups, working on gender issues; you will obtain a lot of knowledge and skills to develop your hromada and implement the gender approach for the purpose of efficient governing.
