The Local Economic Development School for hromadas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions has been realized by DESPRO, supported by the EU, within the UNDP.

During the opening of the first session of the Local Economic Development School for hromadas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Serhiy Sharshov, a representative of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, outlined opportunities and perspectives of the economic development of local territories and presented outcomes of the monitoring research of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions capability, conducted by the MinRegion.
