On September, 14 a draft of Law of Ukraine On the 2021 State Budget of Ukraine (№4000) was submitted to the parliament. One of its novelties is the targeted funds (a subvention) for the development of ASCs network of the local self-government bodies in the amount of approximately UAH 500 million. The Ministry for Digital Transformation is defined to be the funds spending unit. The State Budget presentation stipulates 50 ASCs construction for the money.

The decision about funding the development of ASCs network of the local self-government bodies is highly well-timed, as bill №2679 having been passed, it will be mandatory to establish an ASC in all AHs.
