Communicative culture practices in a medical facility. A patient-oriented approach

The Manual of Communicative Culture Practices for healthcare professionals has been presented within the UNDP, funded by the European Union.

The Manual will be interesting for healthcare professionals and all direct care participants, ranging from the management up to call-centre employees. It will also assist in reaching educational goals of medical educational establishments and will serve as the ground for forming communicative medical practice standards. The authors offer an up-to-date vision of the communicative culture as a constituent of a patient-oriented pattern of the healthcare facility corporate culture.
