The video briefs how the decentralisation is going on and why the local elections are of extreme importance this year.
The video is made within the project «Facilitating the proper governing in local hromadas as a constituent of the decentralization reform». The project is being implemented by the Coordinator of the OSCE projects in Ukraine at the request of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
