In the open Address to the President of Ukraine, the Head of the Verkhovna Rada and people’s deputies, village, settlement, town heads and deputies call on them to stop the local election partying.

The address was initiated by the All-Ukrainian Hromada Association Board on July, 4, 2020.

The address highlights infeasibility of introducing a party election system on the level of village, settlement and town councils.

The address signatories are sure that the local election partying fails to meet the European principles and can result in decentralisation outcomes loss.
