Delegation of the EU to Ukraine has called on the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the resolution on the new rayons formation and the bill, differentiating hromadas and rayons’ authorities as well as resources.

«We welcome the approval of new rayons/districts and amendments to the Budget Code by relevant parliament committees as an important step to enable further decentralization in Ukraine. We call for the final adoption of drafts 3614 and 3650 as a package prior to the summer break», - says the Twitter post.
