How do ASCs work in rayon centres under the quarantine conditions: a video-discussion

The team, working over enhancing the administrative services quality, of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme has conducted a video discussion with the rayon centre AH ASC heads about the ASC work under the quarantine conditions.

The general conclusions:

  • The number of ASC visitors in rayon centres remains high;
  • All remote work places continue functioning under the quarantine conditions, making it possible for citizens not to go to the central ASC, endangering themselves and the surrounding people.
  • Territorial subdivisions of administrative services provision facilities implement different approaches in regions.
